Bundle offers and promotions are subject to availability. Discounts applied to bundles cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.

Products are not intended for medical or professional use. We are not liable for misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At SunBuddy, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used (see exclusions below).

Due to hygiene and personal care considerations, we cannot accept returns for the following items if they have been opened or used:

• Long Handle Back Applicator
• Replacement Sponge Heads
• Cooling Towels
• Microfibre Towels
• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

If these items are returned opened or used, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the fault or damage

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

We will respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If you purchased a bundle, all items within the bundle must be returned together and meet the eligibility criteria to qualify for a refund. Partial bundle returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty.
